My name is Manon, I’m originally from Nantes, near Brittany in France. I’m a passionate baker who grew up making cakes for family and friends, and who decided to bring that love for French pâtisserie all the way to Perth.

I’ve always loved creating beautiful, generous desserts with my own hands. Over the years, I’ve refined my skills, tested, adapted, and poured my heart into every recipe.

At Manon’s Sweet Touch, I revisit the classics of French baking – like the strawberry tart on a Breton shortbread base, creamy vanilla flans, lemon meringue pies, and more – using fresh, seasonal ingredients and homemade bases.

Each creation is made with love and attention, just like I would for someone close to me. Whether for a treat or a special occasion, I want every bite to feel warm, authentic and full of joy.
